How do I participate?
In order to join the program, just click “Create a store account”. Once you have done it, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points.

How can I check my points balance?
Log into your Faeriesty account and click on "Rewards" to view the balance.
How can I spend my points?
It’s very simple and straightforward. Just click on “Rewards” tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. So you can greatly boost your savings.
Every 100 points = $1. You can use the points to deduct up to 100% of the total amount of products when you place your order. Click “Redeem” button in “Get Rewards” section to achieve discount code, copy and apply it in checkout.
*Note: this function will be active only when balance over 100 points.
Does the Faeristy points expire?
Faeriesty Points will be expired in 365 days. We will inform you 30 days before your points get expired. If your points expired before being used, they will be deleted from your account.
How to return Faeriesty points?
Please contact our customer service to return the points.
